Thanks to TreeHugger, today I learned about edible Christmas cards. TreeHugger points out that while this is better for the environment in that it eliminates the paper useage, there are still the manufacturing repercussions and energy expenditure to think about...as well as the fact that they don't taste terrific...yet...but it's still an interesting idea with a some potential.

Way cool! Wonder what flavor they come in or if we'll need to "season" them? ;-)
